PCB Thermal Shock Test Chamber Air Thermal Shock Test Chamber  is equipment used to test the tolerance of materials or products under rapid temperature changes in the air. Based on structural types, air thermal shock test chambers can be divided into two types: two-chamber and three-chamber. Among them, the three-chamber thermal shock test chamber is more secure and reliable because the three zones (heat storage zone, cold storage zone, and test zone) are completely independent, achieving rapid temperature alternation through damper switching.

Test chamber (sample area)

Test method Adopts a unique heat storage and cold storage structure, forcing the switching of hot and cold air paths into the test area. During the shock, the temperature from the high-temperature or low-temperature zone rushes into the test area to complete the thermal shock test.
